Returns & Exchanges Policy

 Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Timeline

• All our sales are final. Please consult our team for any queries regarding the products you like. Our team is available on WhatsApp (+91-7710199478) 11am-6pm from Monday- Saturday. We don’t offer any exchanges.
• Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 24 hours of order delivery with a video showing the defect. If product received from our end is defective, refund will be issued and credited within 10 business days. 
•  We will set up return pick for the defective product. Return pick of product usually takes 3-4 business days. Once the defective product is returned to us, we will examine the defective product and issue and credit refund within 10 business days. Return pick up charges will be borne by us.
• We request you to check dimensions for our products before placing an order as all sales are final. 
  
• All prepaid orders will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days. We offer free shipping on prepaid orders. 
• All COD orders will be shipped and delivered in 5-7 business days, from the date of order confirmed. Please note COD charges of Rs. 300 apply to all COD orders. 

 

Promotional Events

• The promotional pricing is valid still stock lasts.
• The products on sale are not valid for returns/exchange unless defective. Please check our return/exchange policy for defective products.
• Discount codes/discounts can be changed on the website without prior notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

• For any COD orders, we offer a 24-hour window to our customers to cancel from the time of order.
• If a COD order is not confirmed within 24 hours, we are liable to cancel it from our end. 
• In case of products out of stock, any order placed normally or during sales promotion is liable to be cancelled and refund will be issued within 7 business days, if it is a prepaid order.
